Radlett beat Potters Bar by two wickets in an exciting Home Counties Premier league tussle at Cobden Hill, whetting the appetite for the Hertfordshire Cup final between the two clubs a couple of miles down the road at Shenley Park next Sunday on Sept 6.

Leo Sandino Taylor led Radlett's assault on the visitors' 234 for nine with a robust 89, but wickets fell and it needed a mature eighth-wicket stand of 55 between Andre Sharma (54) and Kushal Patel, aged 15, to regain the initiative. Patel sealed victory with a straight six.
