The Playing Rules for a one day 50 over Competition as circulated to the Clubs were accepted and approved in accordance with the constitutional requirements of the Home Counties Premier Cricket League.

Browne leads Radlett to points ton

01/06/2013 - Evergreen Stuart Browne rolled back the years with a 4-7 performance in his 9.4 overs to leave Chorleywood in tatters and an easy target for openers Fraser Crawford (43*) and Kabir Toor (44*).

Harefield halt Cross

01/06/2013 - After three consecutive league victories Gerrards Cross were brought back down to earth on Saturday following a 62 run defeat at the hands of Harefield.

Crawford and Corran star in Radlett win

25/05/2013 - Last week's 158 run victory grew to a 166 run win this week as West Herts became the latest victims to Radlett's apparent liking to the 50 over format.

Gerrards Cross maintain 100% record

25/05/2013 - Gerrards Cross remain top of the Division 2 West table after their third straight victory, beating Dinton by 3 wickets.

Barends flies into make Banbury bow

24/05/2013 - South African all-rounder Brady Barends is set to make his debut for Banbury at home to leaders Tring Park in Division 1 of the Serious Cricket Home Counties Premier League tomorrow.

Fantastic knock from Walters cannot save Hoddesdon

18/05/2013 - A brave and stirring 151 from skipper Rob Walters could not prevent his Hoddesdon side from losing to Sawbridgeworth at home. Although Walters was aided by thee dropped catches his knock was one of two that lit up Saturday's game at Lowfield.

Cove off the mark

18/05/2013 - Cove produced a great performance to bounce back from last week's defeat to win by 5 wickets against Dinton.

Slough stun Wycombe to stay joint top

18/05/2013 - Slough stunned High Wycombe with a three wicket win at London Road to maintain their winning start to the season following a resounding win against neighbours Burnham the previous week.

Impressive Oxford maintain 100% record

18/05/2013 - Oxford's strong early season form continued with an emphatic eight-wicket win at home to Farnham Royal. The evergreen Stewart Laudat was particularly savage as the hosts romped home in 25.2 overs with eight wickets in hand.

Watson ton sets Cross on the road to victory

18/05/2013 - Matt Watson hit his maiden league century to give Gerrards Cross a second successive win and stay joint top of division 2 West.

Stevenage struggle against the might of Radlett

18/05/2013 - At the start of play, these sides were two of the five that had won their opening day fixtures in Division 2 East – but there all similarity ended.

Welwyn Garden City collapse to Henley defeat

18/05/2013 - There is still the majority of the season to go, but the early signs are worrying for Welwyn Garden City after this latest heavy defeat.

Crawford and Burger in double-century partnership

18/05/2013 - Fraser Crawford (120) and Shane Burger (116) put on 219 for the third wicket on the way to a 279-6 total. Radlett's Robert Clements was then simply too hot to handle as he plundered 6-25 from 8 overs with Stevenage succumbing to a 158 run defeat.

Super display from Jeyaratnam as North Mymms triumph

18/05/2013 - Nesan Jeyaratnam took three wickets and hit an unbeaten century as North Mymms secured their first win of the league season.

Sutliff leads Dinton to opening league win

11/05/2013 - Captain Mike Sutliff strikes an unbeaten 77 to lead Dinton to a win over Falkland.

2012 T20 Competition

The league's T20 competition was won by Slough who beat Welwyn GC in the final by chasing down 158 in the 19th over having been ahead on run rate throughout.

Slough represented HCPCL in the area finals against the Essex league on 5 August (match at Burnham as Slough's ground is unavailable). The other area final match was between the Middlesex and East Anglia leagues.
